Osceola Council on Aging Housing Management is committed to advocating, managing, preserving, and providing affordable housing and quality of services of the highest standards of excellence. We seek to assist our residents to age in place, to build better lives, stronger families, and a healthier community.
Our Vision, Values, and Beliefs
Since 1997, the Osceola Council on Aging has been developing and professionally managing apartment communities designed to provide safe and affordable housing for individuals with limited financial resources. The Council on Aging Senior Housing Management upholds the values of love, service, dignity, and respect. Our goal is to enrich the daily lives of our residents by providing enriched and supportive services. We understand the benefits of a place to call home are many, including long-term housing stability, stronger relationships, and the opportunity for all residents to become more fully engaged with the community around them.
Each affordable rental program offers a relaxed atmosphere of warmth and caring that promotes community, family, companionship, love, and care among residents and staff. We offer multiples types of apartment settings that differ by funding source and income requirements—HUD Rent Assisted Housing, HOME, NSP, and Tax Credit Properties.
Our communities are designed to keep you active and healthy while maintaining an excellent quality of services and preserving the rent payment at an affordable price. Each of our communities features a Resident Service Coordinator, spacious floorplans, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room facilities, disable accessible units, garden club, resident computer center, library, walk-in shower in some units, large storage spaces, maintenance-free lifestyle, 24 hours maintenance emergency and professionally trained staff. Many of our communities are pet-friendly. Pet deposit and pet fees can vary by community. Preference for the 2-3 bedrooms is given by the size of the household.
Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Due to the high demand for affordable housing, at this time we are not taking rental applications for our housing programs. Referral and information are available for the Home Sharing Program. Please call our Kissimmee or St Cloud Leasing/Information Center for further information.
