The Osceola Council on Aging Meals on Wheels Program needs financial support and pet food for Our Meals on Wheels Client’s Pets TODAY!
WHO: The Osceola Council on Aging Meals on Wheels “Pet Supply Fundraiser” for Jimmy’s Place
WHAT: The Osceola Council on Aging’s clients of Meals on Wheels who are pet owners need pet food and “Jimmy’s Place” at the Council on Aging is currently low on supplies. The community can visit the Osceola Council on Aging to drop off dog, cat food/ litter and financial donations are needed as soon as possible starting this week.
“Our seniors need our help to keep their pets healthy, so that they may live a long & happy life, along with keeping our seniors healthy and happy for years to come,” said Wilda Belisle, Senior VP of Osceola Meals on Wheels.
ITEMS NEEDED: Dogs – small bites and canned food and for Cats – bagged and canned food preferred.

WHEN: Starting this Week and Continuing until the Shelves are Full!
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Monday thru Friday)
PHOTO OPP.: Families, individuals and the overall community participating in dropping off pet food and restocking the shelves at Jimmy’s Place at the Osceola Council on Aging. We need the community’s assistance by making pet food donations to help raise awareness that the Osceola Meals on Wheels program needs assistance financially, but also thru pet supplies for the seniors of Osceola County. Plus, we are always accepting non-perishable food items for our Community Food Pantry that serves the community throughout the year.
