Ford City Motor Lofts offers two convenient ways to complete your application.

Required Forms
All applicants must complete the Main Rental Application and submit the non-refundable application fee of $75.

Application
Zero Income Certification
Required for applicants who report no income from any source at the time of application.
Cash on Hand Certification
Required for applicants who possess cash savings or funds not held in a bank or financial institution.
Child Support Certification
Required for applicants who receive or pay child support, regardless of whether payments are court-ordered.
Marital Separation Certification
Required for applicants who are legally married but living separately from their spouse.
Non-Employment Certification
Required for applicants who are not currently employed and do not receive wages from an employer.
Recurring Gift Verification
Required for applicants who regularly receive financial support or monetary gifts from another individual or organization.
Self-Employment Certification
Required for applicants who earn income through self-employment, independent contracting, or business ownership.
Student Financial Assistance Certification
Required for applicants who receive financial aid, grants, scholarships, or other educational assistance as a student.
