All In for Charity Texas Hold’m Poker

Kissimmee, FL: Ready to play a friendly game of poker with friends without spending half the night out or spending half your weekly allowance? You’ll find just the right time and place at the Rotary Club of Kissimmee’s Annual Texas Hold’m Charity Satellite Poker Game hosted by the Osceola Council on Aging at the Barney E. Veal Center. The first in a series of four games began Thursday, March 18 at 2:30pm. The remaining dates for the poker games are April 15 and April 29.The games are open to any resident 18 years and older along with a $10 donation that supports the Osceola Council on Aging. All poker chips, cards and tables are provided, even the dealers.

Snacks and drinks will be provided. The winner of each afternoon satellite game is eligible to participate in one of the evening games which support various charities throughout Osceola County.

“This is a great way for beginners or experienced players to have fun and learn at the same time,” stated Richard Burson, Charity Poker Chairman for the Rotary Club of Kissimmee. “We’ll have Rotarians available to deal at each of the tables to ensure an enjoyable experience so you won’t have to worry about dealing or when to bet or fold, we’ll guide you,” he continued.
