Osceola Council On Aging Housing

Mission Statement
Council on Aging Housing Management is committed to providing quality housing and services of the highest standards of excellence in the industry. Our goal is to enrich the daily lives of our senior residents by providing an environment that stimulates them physically, mentally and emotionally. Therefore, each complex offers a relaxed atmosphere of warmth and caring that promotes companionship among resident and staff. Each complex's employees are personally committed to serving residents and treating them with dignity and respect.

Since 1997, the Osceola Council on Aging has been developing and managing apartment communities designed specifically for independent seniors who seek the comfort and sense of belonging they have enjoyed in their own homes. Fundamental Council on Aging principals of value and service are hallmarks of our apartment communities. We foster social interactions as well as emotional and spiritual well being, believing that our obligation to residents include more than simply providing attractive, affordable and comfortable housing. We strive to create an environment where quality of life is as important as life itself.
