Beverly Hougland has been with the Osceola Council On Aging for 23 years, first as a Program Director and then as Executive Director since 1990. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Education from Eastern Kentucky University. In 1998, Beverly received the Osceola County Distinguished Leader Award.
Her professional associations include Florida Council On Aging, Local Board of Federal Emergency Management Agency, YMCA and the American Cancer Society. She currently is a member of The Governor's Commission on Volunteerism & Community Service. Beverly has been instrumental in Osceola Council on Aging's many awards including a Special Judges Award from Walt Disney World Company for services to seniors and the Golden Apple Award from the National Association of Nutrition Aging Service Providers. She is also a member of the Rotary Club of Kissimmee West.
Connie has been affiliated with the Osceola Council on Aging for the past 10 years, first as a Board Member and Chair of the Finance Committee and currently as Chief Financial Officer. She attended American Banking Institution at McMurray University in Abilene, Texas. She is a graduate of Leadership Osceola, class of 1999.
Her professional associations include Florida Council on Aging, Past President of the Rotary Club of Kissimmee West, Chair of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce and member of the St. Cloud Regional Medical Center Women's Advisory Council.
Carmen has been affiliated with the Council On Aging for the past 13 years, first as a volunteer then as a board member. She attended Baruch College in N.Y.C. Her professional association includes Leadership Osceola Committee Member, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Social Services Task Force, Kissimmee Oaks Housing Board,
Kissimmee Chamber of Commerce/Hispanic Business Council-2003 Chair, Kissimmee West Rotary-2003 Paul Harris Fellow, Kissimmee/St.Cloud Senior Games, Florida Association of Senior Centers. She is also a graduate of Leadership Osceola, class of 1997.
